Kanazawa (金沢市 Kanazawa-shi?) is the capital city of Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.

Sakaiminato

Sakaiminato is located in the western section of Tottori Prefecture. Sakaiminato is known from old as an outstanding fishery city on the Sea of Japan side, and it thrived as a base for trade with the Asian Continent. Even today, it boasts of having one of the largest hauls of crab and 'maguro' tuna in Japan. The Yumigahama-hanto Peninsula, with its green pine trees growing along a stretch of white sand shaped like a bow, is known for its beautiful scenery and is a mecca for marine sports. The city landmark is the 43 metre tall Yumeminato Tower that stands in Yumeminato-koen Park. The observation room on the top floor offers a magnificent 360 degree view, which of course includes the Sea of Japan and the majestic Mt O-yama.
